CONFORMATION - Walk in class every Tuesday,7 p.m.
In 2011 before the Detroit Kennel Club show we
featured several
"special guest instructors" for some of the Tuesday
nights.
We will continue doing this - but we are sad to say that Liz will
be moving to Florida.
Since we won't have her much longer, she will do all classes for
as long as she can.
When we are busy, we will continue to have a second ring, often
run by
Don or Kelly Leonard. Dave Gibbons will join us when Liz departs.

are proud to have Liz at the core of our conformation training
program.
Liz is especially great for people new to the sport, and feedback
from folks newer to the
fancy has been terrific. When we are busy, a second ring is added
so that the more
experienced handlers who just need to get ring time on dogs can
maximize training time.
Often, toy specialist Don Zimmerman runs ring two.

We are delighted to announce
the return of agility classes with Kari Morningstar! We feel that
Kari is one of the most talented trainers we have ever met. Kari
has the unique ability to develop happy, sucessful dogs in
competition as well as making classes fun for the handlers. She
is also skilled at working with dogs who are shy or lacking
confidence. We are thrilled to have her teaching here again. Even
if competition is not your goal, the work you do in her classes
will make your relationship with your dog even better.

ARBOROADS FARM is delighted to announce the start of a
new dog obedience program with Kari Morningstar! This is a
paws-itive basic obedience training class which is based on behavior
shaping instead of using corrections to train your dog. We
will work toward both developing a solid relationship with your
dog, as well as teaching the elements of the CGC test,
the Canine Good Citizen, as set forth by the A.K.C. It is also
designed to be an excellent foundation for any other dog activity
you may want to pursue. Your dog will work on the basics of sit,
stay, down, not to jump up on people, and to come when called
etc., with positive behavior shaping methods you will be
taught, so your pet can be enjoyed both at home and out
in public, and well-behaved when going to the vets office.Check

This is not a class for aggressive dogs.
For this class you may use any type of collar
initially, but you MUST bring a flat collar as the goal of
this class is a paws-itive working relationship with your dog. You
will need treats, clicker, or a favorite toy for this class. You
will need a 6' leash.
CLASSES ARE ONE HOUR LONG and run for SIX WEEKS
BEGINNING OBEDIENCE- 6:30

CLASS FEE IS $95- THIS IS AN INTRODUCTORY PRICE FOR THIS CLASS as
it is new to our facility. It represents a great value, as Kari's
classes always exceed expectations!
ARBOROADS FARM is located at 3660 S. Maple Rd. in Ann Arbor,take
I-94 to exit 175 (Saline-AA Rd.). Turn south and go about a mile
to the light at S. Maple. Turn left and go to the second drive on
the right. Drive back to large building.
